Welcome to Conway where they cry safety but force employees to work unsafe shifts, hopefully the b**h as new management gets sued till they're poor....kool-aid drinking management
It will come to an end when they get enough volunteers. You should start convincing people that spending more time railroading is the best way to live their lives. Eventually everyone will start begging for OT and the forcing will stop.
Cash in on that gravy train! Work as much OT as you can,PAY off stuff and stay debt free. Take advantage of it. Don't be the typical douche bag and go out and finance a 130,000$ truck, so when overtime is gone your struggling. Set your mind at ease.
Wait the company lied to you? Say it ain't so!
