Unfortunately the days of MetLife being a US company are long gone. They consider themselves to be a "global" company, with no real ties to a country, certainly not the US. They are moving jobs out of the US as quickly as they can.
In addition, remove all foreign influences that recommend unwarranted company direction and policies impacting U.S. employees.
If only, then Met can finally become a high performance organization, employees and stock, alike.
