Imagine if agreement cuts could be made by agreement employees voting for the biggest loads of their craft monthly for a year. Sadly the “workers” would get voted out. That’s the problem and always will be for the minority of union employees that care. There’s just too much fat in the middle and towards the top to fight. I am not pro union but I like the pay and hate the untouchables with a “chip on their shoulder”.

Railroad unions su-k. If your local union official is employed by the same company as you it means they are only worried about their weekend job getting abolished and not you! 311 really su-ks!
It's Southern Railroad Slang
Wow, I'm shocked. I didn't realize people below the Mason Dixon Line could read and write. Very impressive. P.S. the south did in fact lose the war.
Don’t know ‘bout dem northern folk, but we don’t tawk wit dat slang south a tha Mason Dixon!!!
.....um........ what?
Load- a railroad employee that does less than bare minimum of work and is protected by the union for not performing said work.
Ex: John Doe is the biggest load I ever saw. He was asked to do literally 10 minutes of work during his 8 hr shift and made 4 excuses of why it couldn’t be done all while drinking coffee, bullsh-tting and taking excessive breaks because “he put in his time for the RR and deserves to do nothing”. Load
I have no idea what you are talking about, "Loads"?
