And you understand why we call it the new sprint and not t-mobile.

Sprint's game was to change an old plan to a newer, more costly plan when a customer called to change their phone number, or some other minor thing in their account. Customer would call back the next month after seeing the new, higher bill and would be told; "Sorry, we are unable to switch back to your old, cheaper plan as we no longer offer it."

Sprint lost a lot of these class action lawsuits. TMO seems to be doing the same game - pressuring the sales staff to increase sales . Has Sprint negatively infected the corporate culture at TMO?

Lmao slamming customers! Free lines! This is spot on with the culture here it will eventually hurt everyone.

“ A T-Mobile customer joined the thread to say "I went to pick up a phone and someone added a line to my account at the most expensive price." Some T-Mobile reps have noted that they don't make that much money when they sell you a phone. The big commissions are doled out to reps who get customers to add new lines or purchase insurance for the devices bought from T-Mobile.”

The zero tolerance on duplicate HSI addresses after YEARS of getting them out the door by any means necessary tells you a lot about their intentions for frontline. Did targets go down when this happened? He-l no. We just have to find new ways to skirt that reporting.
