Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Glad I left

I see that things haven't changed in the last 12 months I've been gone. Constant layoffs, constant management issues, constant bullying... I don't miss that place one bit. Anybody who is reading this should consider leaving as soon as you can. You all deserve much better.

Its because the Sprint shutdown has taken longer than was planned. Foot dragging, bad contracts, and petty kingdoms that refuse to die.

You left a year ago… yet you are here… still complaining?

They did zero to help morale. Maybe less than zero if I'm honest because its even worse morale now than last year.

Someone still there texted me that layoffs were again happening. My goodness. Agree with original post - haven't looked back. I too waited/hoped to be impacted (June) and thank goodness it finally happened. That long term bonus is awesome....still living off of it, severance. As was the plan...

How in the world will they try to get morale back I wonder? If they even care.

I have been trying to leave for a year plus, just haven’t gotten an offer even matching my current pay or I would jump. Can’t take a pay cut and go down to just 2 weeks PTO. For a raise or equal pay though I would. I believe something will come along though but it is a damn tough job market

Anyone else sick of Meg’s water cooler emails? She should work on her drinking problem first!
