If USAA went further down the golden brick road of stupidity, and started sending out bullsh-t like that, they would be in for a rude awakening. I can imagine those who are not beaten down yet to gather and collectively voice their displeasure.
Did BOA send an actual letter via USPS? If so, that seems weird. I think USAA would simply document a formal warning in the system and then move to a PIP or final notice for employees that repeatedly do not abide by the RTO policy.

The only thing iloff about your scenario is the notion that Wayne could roid rage. Wayne is a pigeon. A prison... switch. He's no roid rager. He's just another McKinsey/Bain/BCG flavored rent boy.
But he will never get the boot because the Board has had a deep swig of Blackrock's potion. The company is a lost cause, and nobody is coming to save it.
2024 will be the year of the Cuck, because Wayne wants be the king of all cucks. Little surprised he didn't send out the RTO letters just before Xmas. But you can bet he will go off on the 4 day enforced RTO with extreme 'roid rage with that bulging vein on his forehead. The managers will meekly bend over and comply, then kick their employees in the teeth about RTO. Some managers will relish this part. Then Wayne will back off slightly, play fake nice for a short time, then ponder enforced 5 day RTO, with badges being replaced with mandatory chip implants. 2024 is gonna sukkkkk... unless Wayne gets the boot.
You know Wayne already has his legal time drafting the letter to be sent out. So it’s not if, but WHEN that happens. Wayne is on a power trip, he’s still bitter about not being the one to replace General Robles back in Aug 2014 when they named Stuart the CEO in waiting. It was obvious Wayne & Stuart hated each other, then that Dec 2019 CEO transition meeting, you could feel the tension between them.
