They give you rotten carrots RSU to make sure you stay there at least three years to consume them so you can actually pay the tax for them each year you stay.

Your vesting time is lost opportunity for growth as INTC is dead money at best and losing value most likely.
Just join AMD or Nvidia and get paid more.

I've been giving myself bonuses by selling RSU and buying NVDA and AMD, great ROI so far! Management is the problem at INTC, always has been.

Performance related financial rewards are much better at the competition.
