So, he's making what: a seven figure compensation package? He can't multi-task?
He’s overseas in India right now getting acquainted with Suren and the boys. Should be back by end of next week with deliverables on our continued transformation.
...but it's a deep, profound, loving silence.
Silence from him so far
Probably a fine guy, like most individuals that dedicate their life to claim management. He'll be paid very well, but all success will be attributed to pricing and underwriting as the P&L recovers. Claims gets the blame when profitability erodes, generally due to external factors like inflation this time around. G. Hill will declare victory, while Claim leadership has taken hits. Truth be told is that the Pricing group failed to conquer the inflation trends early, unlike Progressive that has dominated through this cycle through proactive, frequent rate adjustments.
Uh. He’s been one big fa-t so far. Nadda zilch silence is golden but sure stinks.
I'm sure the folks at LiMu are happy about it
