Summer of 2023 the separation agreements were redone. They are not as lucrative as in past years.
Apologies, I'm the person who said I was offered two weeks per year of service. Actually it's a month, according to them. So it looks like HR got their sums wrong?
10 years for every 1 year worked was rubbish.
I would expect at least 20 years for working just a month.
I got 10 years for every 1 year I worked back in the golden years.
2 weeks per year of service is terrible.
I was lucky to go in 2015 and I got 6 weeks per year plus 6 months notice.
