he is not charasmatic, not good at speaking, loves and overuses quotes. just a complete id--t. He can barely talk for 10 minutes without having to resort to his quotes. Even when he was hired he could barely talk. Worthless.

the fact is tt and unity where not gonig to be combined and Zayo did not buy Windstream
tt would not get his money and all the others I brought this up 5 years ago and everyone said why would we want to sell because they all had money in the game
Windstream is worth no money with out fiber and a lease back to unity

Atleast he spoke the truth about the companies fate….. More layoffs coming imo. Tech industry laying off heavily, terrible timing but might need to start anew hmmmmm. Fans, Dog walking adventures, heck chauffeuring Executives who got paid bonuses for helping bankrupt companies… Windstream sold to Costa Rican Telecom next headline….
I don’t know him and have never worked with him so I can’t really respond to your question. But I can say that we’ve had execs who were great speakers and motivation people (LL) and that didn’t matter either.
One thing for sure, it's free cash flow positive or bust.
Grow revenue and reduce expenses. Period. Full stop, end of story.
