When you are laid-off, do you still remain employed by the company on paper for the next 60 days?
As in can you look for internal jobs and qualify as an internal candidate?

HR is advised against internal transfer if you are on WFR list. Plus last Feb you got 3 days literally
Some of us are hoping beyond hope that we will be on the layoff list in February. Some of don’t need a job after Dell.
usually get told Monday/ Tuesday and have until Friday
You’d be an internal candidate until your last day, not the full 70 days. But Dell HR dissuades hiring managers from choosing candidates that are being nuked - you’d have to really know someone.
