I thought that this would be a wonderful I could grow into, but coming this June I will be leaving once my first rotation ends.
The company does not care about fostering young talent. Only give stack ranking in which they compare you to others.
Makes no sense because everyone has different projects that they work on.
Oh and one more thing: S-XUAL ASSULT IS RAMPANT HERE.
Many of the people in my rotational program have asked the question, “How in the he-l is Capital One rated as one of the bet places to work?”
