They understand it, why pay you anymore as you stay anyway and do the work. They are Very smart , your the one that should have some brains

I'm not sure this strategy applies anymore, after years of wage freezes some of the grads and all the new starters are on more money than existing employees.

They actually want to keep existing employees because they are underpaid against market rates.

Yes, they understand 1000%. They want existing employees to leave. No raises, no bonus, no nothing in the DXC way. By having existing employees quit, they save tons of money and then can hire fresh grads cheap!

There is no misunderstanding here. Employees just have to open their eyes and get the message.
