That’s true, the committee in my BU has grown frustrated that our higher ups don’t want to hear or reads the comments. There is no point. But he-l, the scores tanking last year was so satisfying.
It doesn't matter what you put down there. There will be some committees formed to address these things. It'll all get the Fido nod and nothing will happen.
If scores move, it's just coincidental.
This is just to make it feel like your voice matters. It does not. Know your role -- you're just an a#.

Do they use the term confidential or the term anonymous?
I agree. I have heard that in general at most companies, they are absolutely not anonymous (according to people that have worked in applicable roles related to similar surveys/HR.)
I highly doubt it’s anonymous. Provide honest feedback at your own risk.
