How is this company successful? The CEO/CTO is a narcissistic loon who doesn't seem to care about much other than his hashtags and catchy project names. Upper management seems to go around like brainwashed robots, either appearing terrified to lose their jobs or be completely checked out. And the ones who claim to actually do the work have absolutely no clue what they are really doing. This is disfunction of a whole new level.

Open Text wants to pretend to an ultra left modern vibe in social media. However, contractors who were loyal for years, some in Ukraine working overtime while bo--s drop, were just kicked to the curb in the zeal to hire more cheap (mostly male) labor in India. You can’t be loyal to something that does not respond in kind.
