Unfair comparison. Their choices for female leaders were mediocre or poor. On the guy side, there were great ones (like DTK), poor ones, and a few crooks.
At xerox, historically men have been more successful in this role.
Why does it matter if it's men or women? Good decisions are good, bad decisions are bad, and the lowest common denominator of gender and race never matter, despite what you are told. Let them try.
JCS picked them because they are easy on the eye????? That’ll help the company out of the current state then - NOT. What a joke!
Given time Xerox internal politics will drag then down … Never fails
yeah the last 3 male ceos did a great job! man, woman, they are all unimpressive
Historically female leaders haven't well done here, not talking Ann Mulcahy of course. The world climate was different back in them there days too. We all know Ursula was a huuuuuuge mistake, yet here we are. We might just be falling back into the 1990's with men at the helm, them good ole boys, never meaning no harm (Dukes of Hazard for you youngins). Regardless, Xerox needs to function higher than sub-standard or close the doors and everyone move on.
No matter what the subject is, plan on hearing about seven head and production user interfaces
sevenhead wants seven heads
It’s a horse race between…
- The guy/gal who can down the most tequila shots and fake 89% coherence
- Volleyball with red outline of a hand for a face
- Ai offspring of Chatgbt and Alexa romance
Chief Disruption Officer is the one running the show. They’ll all report to her by 2025…fact.
Agreed. Both good sales people but not capable of running an organization of this size.
JCS handpicked them because they are easy on the eyes.
Reed and RB aren't bad. GIS survivors. Good sales people. RB doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.
