They will be begging them to come back in three months when they’ve all found other jobs and moved away. It is Like Gustream never learns.
They will lay people off for three months to avoid paying holiday pay and then spend more money than they saved trying to get people to come back. All while wondering why they can’t convince people to take a job at Gulfstream. Look at how you treat your people. It’s a continuous revolving door and then you wonder why people don’t find it an attractive place to come work.
Funny how building Y gets 10% to do their job, but building X gets nothing, and hear they’ve pulled money from the merit/promotional budgets.
I keep hearing its focused on production.....thats all d-mb as all ....there are people not doing a fu--ing thing in all hangers, but let's get rid of some people that actually work.....gs needs to get off the buddy buddy program or we will all lose

The hardware issue is driving it. There Incora is trying to void the contract with Gulfstream due to it being unprofitable because of higher cost of materials. We are running out of fasteners to use.
Oh yeah, well I heard some people pick their boogers and wipe em on their bosses chair
