There have been so many statements of great proportion made in the last few days. Things like HQ moving to North Carolina, Museum being sold, entire plants shuttered or moved out of NY.
Does anybody this have any basis in reality? I'm a local resident of Corning (the town) and am trying to keep up with everything since this impacts the area. Trying not to panic; Corning is such a special area and I can't begin to imagine such a painful loss to the town.
For those of you affected by the recent layoffs: I really hope you're doing alright, and I'm so sorry for the burden placed on you.
