Good news, is my new company was choosing a fiber company. I talked them out of using Crown.
My #1 goal for 2024 is to find another job. I had an interview yesterday. Fingers crossed.
Yep, sure did. No raise for P5 (2 years in a row now), bonus is under 60%. I'm taking home less due to insurance costs and now told no raises again. No new hires when I can't keep up since my manager is incompetent. Her manager the paralegal knows nothing about our roles. Yet CISO adds more work due to his inde indecision to brag on how great we are doing publicly then sahmes you with job threats privately. Per him we're good since we haven't had a breach. It's ridiculous!
My resume is out in the wild to leave this place.
