Where I’m at calls have been pretty slow, they even cancelled over time because of it. Will they cut people if it continues like this? Or is it slow because they are trying to have people call in less?

Which Call Center area?
If you’re a nurse, they took the 24/7 Nurseline number off the back of the card last year. People can still get to us through the customer service number, but I think that is a big part of the call reduction.
WFM measures everything. So short answer is yes. They will figure out what the right mix is and trim as needed or redeploy to other areas of any are understaffed.
Of course, they will get rid of you. Do you think they are going to keep paying you to do nothing.
