When he returns from India , he will have a big meeting with the state side folks. He will be steering the ship on the same course at a faster pace.
New tools are not needed unless that includes CSL oversight ad coaching. Only thing needed is better execution. Simple as that.
Yes He’s very excited to give better headsets to our Indian brethren and wider cubicles for them too! He is planning a company wide curry chicken pot luck contest for all business analysts to participate in. He is wonderful and will be coming back soon with silks, incenses, brass trinkets and other gems he was showered with.
