So I had a baker call out today in bakery and the closer didn't do a good job so I'm stressing and then the vine rep showed up for a visit I told him my situation this guy said no worries we got this he put on a hair net and a red apron and he started helping me bake bread and he did break outs he literally stayed with me until 3pm to make sure everything looked good I really appreciate all the help he gave me and I thought all vine reps were bad not this guy he's here to help and train.

Our Vine reps are great too. Just like anything you get some good one’s and not so good one’s.
you're lucky to have one that is willing to help & did. of the three that we have, only one will get their hands dirty. the other two are useless.
Some vine reps are really good and they care about training on the right processes and they help you the department too.
