Every year since the Level 3 buy out I get multiple W2’s. Always been a CTL employee but I get them for Embark, Level 3 and CTL dividing my pay throughout the year. Plus the total never equals my actual pay. Smells fishy but they have the same employer federal tax ID on them. 25 years and the train wreck continues.

it might depend on what benefits you opt-in for.
if you exceed the forms box count, then it creates a second W2 page
which is identical buy has the additional box and code on it
I've been with CTL 30 years. I've only received one.
its because the form doesnt have enough boxes so the second w2 is just an extension of the first with one more box with the final code in it ... enter as one w2
