Doesn't that assume that the manager who held the compensation discussion is aware of whats happening to him/her.
yes, new org charts come out monday. everyone impacted last day friday as in today
Cut him some slack this is psychological warfare .
Stop speculating. Some folks were already let go. More will be let go next week. Out of our hands. Don’t assume x means you’re safe or y means you’re on the list. Stop making yourself crazy.

Heard that if you received compensation communication last week, you are safe for next Monday. If they hold compensation communication, you might be impacted. But I might be wrong
I am aware they have been notified some folks already but I don't think they have reached out to everyone.
@alh+1qEmbn3J the announcement probably won’t have the list of names? Those should be 1:1 convos with HR/manager, but I assumed it would happen prior to official announcement
