Hey now—it is hard to be a CEO with things changing all of the time. But enjoy the layoffs and firing. Michel understand it also tough to get rid of workers. Coaching does not help with understaffing.
The way he is so detached from our workplace realities is astonishing. He thinks it's all rainbows and sunshine at Met, because that's what his handlers are feeding him day in and day out. He should read the MyVoice comments instead of tasking underlings to summarize for him. Of course they remove anything unfavorable.
