As a P66 accounting person losing my job this year, should I even bother trying to get on at COP? Will I just wind up in a similar situation in a couple of years? Should I just move to India now?

Really? You’re being laid out at O66 and the next thing that pops into you mind is a career at COP?
You might as well give it a shot. I know multiple ex-P66ers who have been hired here since their sc-mbag ELT decided it was a good idea to offshore their co-workers’ jobs to Calcutta.
Or, sit tight and get paid your retention bonus and then unemployment. After that, you can apply. This way, you’re maxing the amount you take from P66.
