given the financial condition and outlook for this company, a union might just drive a stake into its heart. Y'all need to focus on basics and getting profitable (not distracted by unions). It will be hard but you can do it, you have an impressive cadre of partners. i know this post will be down voted but trust me, you CAN turn this business around with the right leaders and culture.

There were discussions of unionizing when in office requirement was introduced. I think a union is a great idea
