I noticed Quantum Fiber vans are out and about now. Are they changing all to QF, or leaving some CTL depending on the tech/job?

My bucket still says centurylink. You can discern who knows what they’re doing from who doesn’t by the paint on their vehicle. If it’s quantum it’s a prem tech.
I still have a Century Link truck, it's a 2011 Ford with 160K miles on it.
There is no centurylink anymore. Everything is lumen

Lemon Trucks! Garbage company!
I agree in theory it could be sold off.
Part of the problem is that they operated in a bubble prior to launch and cut corners while rushing QF to market and have been trying to bring it into compliance every since. They also broke a lot of things downstream.
So as usual, it probably would be harder than it sounds because of all the corners cut and amount of outsourcing used ... it becomes hard to support and even harder to sell.
Possible yes, easy no.
If they dump WF then lumen likely sells more scraps and goes full BK.
I think Quantum should also separate from Lumen. Quantum has good potential as long as it doesn't get sc--wed up like Lumen.
The reason for having separate Quantum and CenturyLink vehicles are.
Lumen wants to separate Quantum away from bad reputation CenturyLink.
Eventually, Lumen will either spin off or let CenturyLink die.
Maybe use the Prism fleet that was a bust.
There are Lumen trucks or vans out there now too. Makes you wonder why the company is all divided up like this.
