Any idea what would happen if we refuse to do their bs Annual training? I don't see why we should , they don't take pay seriously. I know you get hassle from management if it's late, they love their admin, so it must be important

Oh I thought you said an-l training as that’s all DXC is good for , sticking it to their employees
If you refuse to do the basis part of your job, timesheets, Code of conduct etc you will be FIRED cause, NO WFR, No 401k match , no vacation payout (if you get that , we don’t in the US). Don’t be so stupid
Just do the bare minimum as I do. I am
lucky if I work 20 hours a week, my time sheets show 50 but no one checks
My people manager says to put 40+ on time sheets so your not on the wfr list
It would be even funnier if everyday refused to submit timesheets. Total melt down.

The will still put you in the workforce reductions as they don’t give a damn. What makes it worse is the toxic managers who will single people out because of things like hairstyles or even their choice 0f pets. Yes, choice of pets. How messed up is that.
The one thing I would say is JUST LEAVE, I wish I had done so before, they got rid of me but as I walked into another job with less stress, shorter hours and nearly 30% more money. Just shows how badly they treat employees using their fear tactics.

But it's a mandated 1 hour 20 minutes of piece and quiet, away from the impossible project demands, why wouldn't you do it?
You also get the satisfaction of recording it as training in DXC Time, get the warning about not using a WBS code and hit submit anyway.
Of course best of all you can do the security one in a few minutes and only someone in HR could take 40 minutes on the code of conduct, so you have at least 40 minutes when you make a coffee, take a comfort break, all the things you don't have time for during a normal working day.
You won’t be WFR if you don’t , you will be out right fired for cause and will lose any benefits you have received get on the spot!
We will put you in the wfr list if you dare not do.
