Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Even if a quarter of what is said on here is true, it sounds like a great place to work.

Even IF 95% of what is said on here is true, it is certainly NOT applicable to Xerox Canada Ltd (Toronto area only). Presenter confidence so high this award is for 2024! That means that things can only get better between now and 2025. By this time next year there will be an award for Ottawa area too… or maybe all of Canada! I missed the awards acceptance speech at the banquet but I think the main success factor is that lean 6ix sigma belts are worth more in Canada because of the lower exchange to usd: 1 US yellow belt = 1.78 black belt in cdn… anyway, if you want to save xerox just copy what they are doing in Canada (Toronto). Award speaks for itself. It’ll totally work. No doot aboot it!

I've worked both govt. Sector and private sector (including 3 fortune 100s) and x is a toxic cess pool of political gladiators who will sell their souls to stay another couple of weeks. It's definitely 100 percent Stockholm syndrome I'm getting outta there next month this place is toast!
