How could anyone rating our executive not give them all a needs improvement rating? Our stock is tanking, staff morale is still in the gutter, and they have done nothing to address bullying within the company. None of them should get anything above 60%. I mean seriously tell me something positive or impactful that they’ve done for the company this year. And I don’t mean them taking credit for actual employees work. What did they individually do to improve Cenovus?

Yup, and our stock is down 30% to $20 just in time for PSU & RSU payouts! They reward themselves with 20% comp increases but then they sc--w us every…single…time!
If you look at compensation of folks in BOD, 12 of them are getting $260k+ a year from Cenovus. Look at the prospectus you get next time. Alex not a CEO, but shows $12M compensation. Jon is showing $5M. Jon recently bought 25k shares for $0.5M. The others bought some too. So much money spent on BOD members… why? Do we need so many? It’s insane
