Any other clubs out there where club pick up is an absolute joke ! Constant member complaints for wrong orders, orders taking too long to fill. I don’t even work in club pickup yet every shift I work I have to stop what I’m doing with my merch job and go to club pickup, then get chewed out by my lead because stock is low in the area I am supposed to stock ! Now they want to pawn off audits on us as well.. if Sam’s club wants club pickup to be such a big deal, why don’t they hire more people for each shift .. If I wanted to shop for someone else, I would have worked in club pickup .. all us merchandisers are getting sick of getting pulled daily .. even at the start of our shift ..

Our club does not make 18 an hour for cpu. If this is so in your club, shouldn't it be in every club? This is bs
I don’t know about your club but ours club pick up gets a dollar more a hour then merchandisers so just tell your manager you are documenting every hour you work in club pick up so they can adjust your pay it worked in our club. Merchandisers make 17 cpu 18 a hour

Just do a terrible job at picking the orders and go slooowwwww and they’ll never have you do it again.
If you look at the work wheel merchandisers can be pulled to pick orders from 4-7 am at our club we only pick the orders over 50 items.
yep our club is the same... merch pulled for club pick up then merch gets yelled at because merch job is not done
