I don’t know anything about Fed keeping the lights on but I wouldn’t be surprised. Fed has great leadership. Maybe execs could learn a lesson from that group.
Unfortunately its much more than sales. Their will be a lot fewer employees after february. I am a manager not sales,but hopefully your resumes are in order. Good luck you will need it
Why is always about sales? There are other groups there also.
Pray for WFR and severance. Dell is a place where skill is hated. There is no merit only butt kissing contests and grown men who gossip like middle school preteens. If your goal is to be a sales professional who only know how to plug fake data into spreadsheets stay at Dell and your future employment prospects will die. Your future will be a no-skill black hole. If you want to truly earn some money leave before you become a no-skill dellapalegic.
The only thing leadership cares about is that you get those orders placed online. That way we only need half the reps since their load will be dramatically reduced. Ultimately self-serve with the help of AI is the future for customers of Dell.

Numbers are down across specialists and core aes across USA. Fed is keeping the lights on.
Personally, I’ve had a healthy attainment just right under 100% for the year.
No clue what management does or does not know.
Morale has never been worse. They’ve gotten all sales teams to such low headcount. I don’t see motivation improving for sellers.

I work for Dell. Several Sales folks have their year end numbers at 40% or 50% of their quota. They'll need to do something unless Management waits it out for longer.
