It's telling that Kate didn't realize what a flop the first talk with Brene was on an all employee meeting.

So lets do again in a fireside chat format!

What colorful words will Brene surprise us with this time?

Brene is joining Kate during today's town hall. Is she part of the board of directors now?

I predict the list of people present will be used to identify those who need to be vaccinated first when we discover the 2024 v1rus X was possibly present at the gathering!

RE "I don't trust people working from home.
Their productivity drops from not being watched." You must be a micro-manager or a Frank burns clone.

RE-"I'll never forgive this company for forcing us to get the death j @ bb s ... or lose your job." Well I think Lumen was salivating over that as an easy way to get rid of people. They were hoping employees wouldn't get the jab so they could give them the boot.

Most of the white collar folks are considered management. Most are also remote.

The 2% must be for techs maybe.

Whomever is posting this false view Lumen as anything but Remote Workplace is promoting propaganda.

Clearly those in the field are not remote, but we are talking about folks that would normally be in an office 100% of the time.

I find the distractions on this post more and more reinforcing that OP which is this is fishy at best. Attempts to distract feels like a 25 year social media intern doing their best to push anything else but the OP topic, even lies.

I think the remote workers for Lumen represents less than 2%, not counting the management.

the only propaganda is the post of a guy working two jobs from home

I did know a guy once working two jobs and he worked at the USW office on 931 14th st ... so in person didn't stop him

remote work is the one smart thing lumen has done

It seems the propaganda was effective, people still scared to come to the office, lol. Don't forget your mask and stay 6 feet away, haha. Superspreader, hahaha, just get another jab :)

The guy working 2 jobs from home.... Perfect example why people need to get their @ss back to the office.

Working from home promotes a lack of efficiency and unaccountability, I've seen it 1st hand.

I'll never forgive this company for forcing us to get the death j @ bb s ... or lose your job.

Them calling us in for in person viewing 'parties' of the already unpopular brene brown is pure ignorance or evil -- take your choice. Maybe both.

Been working home since late 2020 and love it. Working for two different Companies at the same time. Two Monitors to my left and two monitors to my right. I would be pi---d if I got brought back to the office.

There's a reason why every corporations are asking the employees to return to work.
The office buildings are closing up.
That leads to local economy to crash.
Don't be selfish because you are saving money.
The karma is bad when the prices of your daily demand drops and leads to price increase. Support your local economy.

Remote work is bad for the company? Please! Going into that woke/DEI company on a daily basis is horrible for the mind! The reason they are working from him is because they can’t keep the lights on? So! The Company wants it both ways? Sit down Yes man!

Hello? This company gave away their near new HQ in Monroe and sold Mineral off.

It's a 100% remote workplace for most white collar folks and is attracting better talent because of it.

Remote work was meant to be temporary.
Remote work is bad for the economy. It only benefits the worker.
Example: loss of revenue to Gas stations, coffee shops, restaurants, building owners, bars, etc.
