Sales incentive SIP

Did anyone else team get paid less than owed for Q3? Our targets are too high and WS is not reasonable. WS was challenged after the fact. I didn’t sign up for this.

in 2024 new term call Ground rule.... M4 AOP double (100%) up. Look like to "punish" rather then "reward". Very demoralizing to start a year.

It isn’t easy to be in sales here. R&D has been poorly managed and underfunded since Dorkius took charge. Sales has been cut to bare bones. HCE is a casserole of antiquated software and poor delivery. Aero is hanging on by a string. SPS was destroyed by Johnny boy. With late payments to sub suppliers, poor industry reputation, pricing way above market standard, not enough people to deliver what is already sold, mass exodus of key talent, now poor SIP targets and later and later SIP payments, it’s not fun or easy. Johnny prides himself in not paying performers and humiliating what meager resources are left in CE and SE. Even Q was better. It’s haha funny to dismiss the SIPers until you have none left and no more business coming in.

I know a sales person that had a once in a career year. 4 times their previous best adjusted year. Their goal was raised 25% the next year. Needless to say, they left for greener pastures If you start making enough money to approach executive levels, you are either promoted or gone. Most likely gone.

The bottom line is....

YES, you absolutely signed up for this the day you started for Honeywell. Of course the targets are being set real high. Should have seen this coming.
