With the Sarah/Drew combo they have made this organization a corrupt corral, the worst part is what they did in quality, no escape from failure, they dethrone a top notch operator mid last year and this organization put the stamp on his grave. Leaving alone the bullsh-tter CEO that keeps talking about zip codes and the poorest and the sickest as if she was some savior of the world

London & Drew will keep the layoffs coming to make up for the lack of revenue from Medicare due to horrible STARS which accounts for Billions in loss revenue! Its all being run by a private equity investor Quentin Koffey of Politan Capital!! All PE wants to do is fire and put the money into their pockets!! There will be no platform modernization, no member care programs, no growth -- just pain, austerity measures, and more pain!!! buckle-up!!
So the people at the top get the big salaries and bonuses while the frontline workers report to these people and expect an honest performance review and fair promotions? Oh my, we’re going nowhere fast. My VP and Director do absolutely nothing and know absolutely nothing so this sounds accurate. Harsh reality.
They have no good operators in Centene, all the current so called C Suite " leadership" they do is give speeches and half way answers questions no convincing at all , fly in the jets and get a big pay check, they have fired some of the greatest people that were actually working and getting sh-t done. I honestly don't see this company getting any better, just a bunch of smoke and mirrors
@2zmp+1q8xJajB Yes, this company could find much better leadership. How about hiring a chief medical officer with experience in healthcare delivery in institutional settings as well as Managed Care? There are plenty of people who fit that bill. For god sake, no more id--ts from Humana. We shouldn't have accountants running healthcare delivery and care management at Centene. Everyone in senior leadership, from the CEO on down, should have experience in delivering patient care and the requisite experience to understand our members and providers. But the Centene board su-ks and almost no one on the board knows anything about healthcare, hence all the id--ts that have been hired.
London, Drew, Dave Thomas, Ken Henricksen, Alice Chen & that used-care salesman of a "President" -- I cannot think of his name" This team has got to be not just the worst in managed care industry but the worst in history in any industry -- None of them earned their jobs or are the least bit competent nor care about the employees, or members.
Drew has a Napoleon complex! London looks like a deer in headlights; Chen and Kim look like they are doing a skit from d-mb & d-mber; and Dave Thomas and that President are the just the old WM you get stuck with in your fo-----e on a cr-ppy golf course!!
Sarah and Drew need to be fired by the board ASAP.
