Is DXC one of the only U.K. companies that doesn’t seem to find any sort of Christmas do for its employees ? Staggeringly cheap. Or is it just my area.

How low can DXC get?
The dirty rotten bas t*rds even sent a phishing test email saying that "Your manager has sent you an Amazon gift card.
Reporting as a phishing attempt got the reply of "Well done, you passed the test"
Well Duck them. I will now do less than the minimum.
We did have a cold buffet this year in Aldershot. Not much but something! Paid for by the account. Every other company I know does some sort of event.
Christmas party? I suggest that writing to Santa would stand more chance :-)
Last event I recall was around 2001 (in CSC days) and actually pretty good - but then in those days the revenue roundabout was going great!
Bad / Good news reported that DXC Board has appointed a new CEO - can he be any worse than the 2 previous Mikey's

Don't feel too sorry, Mikey No 2 and Steakcutter no 2 will be paid off with huge goodbye payoff in $millions
Hey gang, Please use the dxc holiday greetings template card and send greetings to all our clients, partners and customers who we do business with. In this festive time we need to capture the mind share of our customers so that we can be in top of their mind when it comes to next quarter.
DXC has never ever spent money on employees. No Christmas parties, no project delivery events, no long service rewards, they've even removed recognition points from the recognition tool. Why are you surprised?
Which is why we all be finishing at midday on Friday, so we can spent our own hard earned money in the pub.
Lets face DXC take the pi-s so why can't we?
Only present from DXC - a brussel sprout followed by WFR Feb 2024
C'mon gang, if we paid for Christmas parties for the hoi polloi there would be less money for executive bonuses and that simply would not do.
They can't even afford a £25 voucher for my 20 years service award. So don't expect them to fund a mince pie for everyone. How many of us will use the Christmas period to review if we want to stick with this in 2024, and decide no!?
no Christmas party, no bonus, no pay rise, no idea, no hope ...
I went to the last one they did in London in 1998.
I think it is all areas of UK&NI.
Also no cr*p gift box containing naff things like biscuits or coaster.
