Boy we've really heard that empty phrase a lot from exec management lately. Of course it's totally bogus, they might hear us alright but they have their gold earplugs shoved in deep. They really don't care at all and it's obvious now. This is the way, as said by the Mandalorian.
We were in a recent online meeting where we could bring up our concerns to our management, who would pass it up to Amala. Of course 4 day RTO was brought up. "Oh that's already been decided. Off topic." Then the bad new PTO policy was brought up. "Oh not that either, it's already done." Yeah they are surely "hearing us on the top two concerns. This is like being married to a cheating spouse and bringing up the topic of their cheating. "Oh we're not going to talk about that. But the door is wide open for anything else!"
USAA sure does feel like a cheating spouse lately.
