@54vtr+1q6AIBwI it does not appear that this issue is resolved. A year later, there is either a new issue or one that has been lingering for a year. On 12/18/2024 (UTC), @OP+1w2slnto suggested that ”T-Mobile us Toxic”. Is anyone aware of this problem? I suppose, on a positive note, according to the OP’s, it went from “corruption” down to ”toxic”. Will continue to monitor; hope all issues will be resolved by December 2025.

It makes zero sense to discriminate/hate all white people (or any other race) based on the fact that some white people are racist. If you believe this, you are no better than those racist white men. Discrimination based on race/gender/etc is illegal under eeoc laws. It is also very hypocritical in general.
Correction. It was and is LIBERAL white democrats in power who are the racists. Remember how glowing Joe Biden was when giving the eulogy for liberal Democrat K-K Wizard Robert "Sheets" Byrd?

This IS history attempting to correcting itself. It was white men that made the rules that resulted in racial discrimination against blacks during slavery and beyond. So now it appears that white men are being cancelled.
One other key fact: the largest beneficiary of affirmative action: white women!

DE&I is discrimination. Corporate and Government activism is insane! You know there was a time in which the people would advocate for change. Now its being dictated to us with our livelihoods on the line. If anyone thinks this is good, consider you end up on the short end of the stick or are forced to go along with something you disagree with? Will you stand on principals or will you go along with anything as to not jeopardize your livelihood?
Sadly there is about 33% of people that are going to go along with all the crazines. As long as the 33% are onboard, they will influence approximately another 33% of people to go along with the craziness. This leaves about 33% of people that will stand up against tyranny but sadly are the minority.
In regards to racism. I was born and raised in the most diverse communities in the us. LA, Long Beach and the bay area. What I've seen is that all races are capable of being racist against other races. But not in a lets get together and go commit hate crimes way. More just like we better than you because youre different from me type of way.
While working in team of experts, damn near all of the entey level employees were white yet damn near all of the managers were black. Quite a few of the black managers were relocated from out of state. Kind of like when joe biden said that he will appoint a black woman as the next supreme couet justice. My opinion is that anyone who accepts a position based on their gender or race has no principals and will always be viewed as someone that got that position not because of the value they add but just because of their skin color/gender etc. Regardless of their actual value.
While in retail.... i attended a womens leadership network metting in which the district managers stated that jon frieir has instructed them to prioitize promoting women, even if they're not ready. Before that, there was a leadership development program in which myself, a woman and anothe man were selected. But guess what, when a position opened up.... the woman went on a "ride along" with the district manager and got promoted before the program even started. The other guy got promoted as he was buddy buddy with the manager and i got sh-t on. I went on to complete 2 more "development" programs after being told that i will never get promoted qithout completing one. Only to continue to get passed on for any promotion in favor of a woman or other from a marganalized community. Needless to say, i have a high level of resentment for tmobile and the idea of DE&I.
Also, my coworkers in retail that were hispanic would openly say they hate white people in front of the manager and they would all laugh. Also the woman who got promoted said that she always gets hated in by older white men. This is exactly what DE&I is in a nutshell. The promtion/normalization of hatred against straight white men. And if you are a straight white man, you must resent yourself for being born as such.
As you can imagine, corporate sanctioned racism is not a viable solution to maie the world a better place as it just leaves us more divided.
I will end with this. History will correct these social injustices over time and in the end, those who have partaked in racism/discrimination will be the ones who will end up cancelled in the long run! Stay Rightoues!

1 - I never said covid wasn’t deadly. I said vaccine mandates were unconstitutional and a violation of my rights. I was proved right when everyone went back to normal and stopped caring.
2 - It’s embarrassing that people in America, the most diverse country on earth, think that fortune 100 companies need to divided them into groups and tell them how they’re victims.

And you are the problem. There is no reason or excuse for DEI. By definition it is discrimination to white males. Hire the best, regardless of skin color, who they sleep with or what gender the thin they are.

I agree with 80% of what you say in your essay, but am impressed with you sticking to your principles in publishing this. However, DEI, sadly is a needed thing until an equilibrium of equity is an achieved. It isn’t about equality, it is equity- getting everyone on the same paying field. Possible? I don’t know.
