IBM's in the minor league compared to Intel

When it comes to DEI. As a former manager, I had the diversity screws cranked down on me many times. Being told that my next hire had to be a diversity hire, etc. Stupid quotas disguised as "hiring to meet representation" when the representation numbers in no way reflected who was coming out of the engineering programs.

Fiest of all, it's spelled differently, diversity, inclusion, equity: DIE.
Second: yes, it's a cancer that rots companies from within. A few years ago PE presentation slide had a checkbox 'URM' and the field 'gender' added. How do you think these are being used?
