This Company will lay off current employees yet they have hired " Behavioral Experts " to come into branches with the DM and the like-to tell us where we are going wrong with Customer Service. You see if a customer gives the branch a bad NPS score its the branch employees fault because we don't give good customer service. I've been working in customer service longer than these, these pencil pushing persons have been alive! I'm curious to see what new changes will come in 2025. They'll have employees back to gaming to keep thier jobs!
