Offices will still close and people will still lose their jobs if they do not relocate. It’s been placed on hold for 6-9 months until JB is long gone.

I know you're not bought into Elliott because they have a $m5m minimum AND have been closed to new clients for a while now. Also, all have Crown stock.
Activist investors trade like people who flip houses. Your Crown stock was awarded too high for you to profit from Elliot. They bought $2b at a 5 year low, they'll get it up 10% cash out with $200m and leave it in shambles.
I'm an employee, I probably have more complaints than you, I think out EMT sunk the ship, ruined the culture, and can't fix it. But if you think Elliott will do anything to help you, you're a fool.

Elliott’s presence is continually putting pressure on the Crown Castle EMT to turn this failing ship around and into a profitable business. More internal Crown changes are coming thanks to Elliott. Based on the recent stock price, it is slowly working and EMT members continue to be under pressure to make better business decisions (which is hard for them and they need help doing so) thanks to Elliott. Not everyone hates Elliot…You are assuming those who participate in this layoff fantasy forum being a true reflection of the average Crown employe…far from the case as most are busy at their desks or behind their wheels doing their jobs that they get paid to do.
Why is everyone so upset with Elliott? Aren’t they out to make money doing what they do just as Clown Castle is trying to make money doing what it does (or used to do with only towers?). The difference is that Elliott is better at what they do than the Clown Castle EMT. Proof is they called for JB to resign and they got it. Second, more changes ARE coming. Better hold on to your Purple Puma’s!

JB is a figure head. The board has signed off on all the office shut downs, layoffs, relocations. Some of that may be delayed for now, but it's still a go as far as they are concerned. Elliott loves OpEx reduction, so they are fully onboard.

Most likely. Elliott hasn’t even really started. Southpointe may be saved, but it doesn’t mean all the jobs there will.
