Nepotism has always been at SF. The only thing they want is to take away your freewill to say and believe what you want and you must sell your soul to their Reich. They arent no different than Harvard, MIT, etc. Assimilate or be destroyed.

Employees have the upper hand? Ask the 1100 that just got rebadged.

If they had walked out, maybe, but they didn’t.

The employees run the show now. Exec, try to get us back in the office. We dare you. We have the upper hand and always will. Working from home is so sweet.

Mary doesn't have time to be an executive anymore. Keeping that bird nest on her head tidy is a full time job now

What oh Mary is going away and so is Paul. I saw Mary in an elevator years ago and she had a big old tarantula on her head it looked but that was her hair, kinda looked like that ghost girl Patti P did back in thd day but that is another story. Maybe there is a Peter going away with Paul and Mary?

Same process as when Rust transitioned the company to Titsword. Farney steps in as President and later in 2024 he'll be named CEO+Chairman.

You thought the bean counting was rough before you better buckle up.

He's Chairman, President and CEO. I think the next guy is taking over as President, but Mr. T will still be Chairman and CEO.

Maybe he got enough millions in customers premiums for now?

I hope this isnt one of those "I dont want my name on whats coming next" transitions and more a "Its time for you to move on" transitions. Time will tell.

We all need to remember the board of directors hired Tipsord to do what they wanted, and he was rewarded handsomely, meaning its probably not a firing type deal. Whatever craziness the next CEO will bring can also be blamed squarely on the board of directors who are listed on all policies.

Want to fix SF? Start with the board of directors. Stop blaming the guy they hired and rewarded well youd do the same for the money. Rot is at the top (board)

It would seem the transition has started. Another finance guy, so the focus on expenses will likely continue. And it’s quite likely he’ll want to make a splash to make his own mark. Who knows what that might be.
