They’ve been closing thousands of dealer stores over the last three years. All new stores are company-owned. They’re making a difference on this one at least.

It happened at a TPR store. Not surprised. When the customer demanded her old phone back, the manager said she would have to pay them back for the trade-in discount…. T-Mobile would save a fortune on eliminating disgusting, fraudulent TPRs instead of internal employees.

i'm a happy tmo customer and have one of their 5g internet gateways, which works quite well. what am i missing?

Not excusing the gross behavior but the employee is a disgrace. If this was hypothetically a company policy to download images and share, then yeah the company of liable. Plus was it HQ or TPR store? Has any other retail employees from other retail competitors done the same?
