maybe do a bit of research.. offshoring is allowed in many cases but "SHARING" of PHI/PII to offshore is not per the state contracts. hows that for a modicum of intelligence. (notice the quotes, so you dont get confused regarding the topic).

this is an example of services and offshoring .. but when you deal with medical data its a state by state basis one whats allowed to be "viewed" and in the case of the link the services that are outsourced/offshored. in any case, the point here is the data that is allowed to be viewed.. many states will NOT allow data to be viewed by those individuals that are offshore.. feel free to do your own research but i have been involved in the investigations to block out the data from the Indians that had access.
besides.. i said bury them in complaints and lawsuits.. most will be groundless.. or at the very least misunderstood by the employee. I didnt say they had a case.

You're an id--t. Only a handful of states prohibit offshoring. Medicare specifically allows it. I get that you're an angry snowflake but at least speak with a modicum of intelligence.

Here is a better one, anyone submit complaints to EEOC and engaging a labor attorney. Bury the clowns in lawsuits and gov charged complaints. You cannot keep sharing PHI/PII with offshored people per the state contracts. You cannot expect people to take on more work/duties with pi-s poor raises. Executive management is raising the outsourcing percentage the company needs to meet. What do you think will happen to your job when they can pay 3 Indians for the 1 onshore job? Quiet quitting .. ever wonder where it started and why?
