The real need we need for change..honestly these CEO positions are going to be replaced by AI pretty damn fast. Especially in oil and gas, probably not in certain sectors like technology, but oil and gas CEOs are a 1+1=2 equation. Kruger brought broken protocols to the table then copy and pasted with what works (Exxon Mobil his legacy)…. lol simply copy and paste make a million dollars wow!
