His ego is significantly smaller and his competence significantly higher than the layer below him. MWs biggest failing has been tolerating incredible mediocrity / corporate nonesense speakers in the 3 layers below him. Having to extend the retirement sealing should be seen as a massive failing.
He’s actually humble and a really nice guy.
No such thing as a Fortune 500 CEO with a small ego. People with small ego’s have no desire to be in power. CEO’s are the epitome of power hungry money grabbers.

He is the "smartest guy in the room" type. Trust me he aint humble.
No one, and I do mean no one, who gets into that position doesn't have a massive ego. Also their path is littered with people they stepped on or pushed aside to get where they are.
He’s a decent guy. Met him when I was in my downstream days. You gotta have a bit of an ego when you’re CEO
