It’s going to be a strange week, that’s for sure! How does all this news keep topping itself?

So, our severance agreements are null and void. So unfair! I stopped looking for another job because of that. Am I to think my job is safe now? -- It absolutely is not.
CCF stopped being a company in 2020, if you're still referring to the network side as Crown Castle Fiber, you're a part of the problem.
This company wouldn't know it's a-s from it's elbow. 26 years of telecom behind me and CCF is the most unorganized and dysfunctional yet. Relocations on hold per a 3 short paragraph email from some guy no one knows...ALL Sr leadership should be embarrassed (and replaced).
Absolutely no one will speak freely in town halls. Just the nepo parrots.
Same here.. all this back and forth over the last six months has been extremely stressfu. I’ve been looking for a new job since this most recent relocation announcement and can’t wait to move on to better things. Now, with potentially another change I’m stressed out yet again and simply over it. I just want my severance and want off this ride!
Me too. I want my severance and I want OUT. Way too much crazy here for me.
Is everything null and void?! I signed my letter and want that severance.
Do you honestly expect anything from leadership or these town halls. Everything is scripted and planned. It has to be for legal and SEC reasons. I mean the last one they were not scared of Elliot. But clearly we’re working on changing the bylaws and getting rid of Jay. The EMTs jobs are on the line. Their jobs depend on us performing they can’t have us distracted or disengaged by telling us the truth. Just be prepared for another email and another poorly rolled out RIF.
They're still posting jobs for Katy location so I wouldn't get too excited.
Town halls? It should be town stonings in the Houston parking lot directed at the EMT and key leaders/managers who played a part in this. Go pick out your favorite stones (e.g. ideas, comments, questions, etc.) and be ready to hurl them for answers at the upcoming town halls. Oh, but yea, I forgot, the EMT doesn’t want to hear REAL questions and criticism. Nor will people freely share due to fear of negative retribution. Town halls will be fake, shallow and hollow. Too bad, so sad!
I want to hear what they have to say about the latest, massive bond offering. Financing $750 million with over 5% interest when the company has debt diarrhea.. LOLLLL
It's still quite humorous that the CFO and COO have shown more leadership--let's use this turn loosely for the sake of argument--than the CEO (chief figurehead) and chief HR person (who should be the face of the biggest transition in the last 5 years for Crown). Schlanger could not have been d-mb enough to come up with the Houston move; it makes absolutely no sense from any financial angle. No fan of his, but he's not that foolish.
The stunned atmosphere of the last October townhalls will be replaced by completely irate employees. People who are paid millions to show "leadership" and bathe in purple Kool-Aid baths have shown zero leadership and forgot to add the water to their purple Kool-Aid (and stir). The EMT is not long for the corporate world. Elliott has undermined the walls of the Purple Palace, and the plastic portcullis won't hold back the hedgies. How strange is it to root for a hedge fund? But here we find ourselves.
DS has unresigned & they’re up meeting realtors so they can finally get out of that hellscape.
They’ll say we need you we need you when they don’t want you to move.
Come back Jay. Right the ship!!
For those under DS and CL, they are coming to do two days of townhalls
What townhall? I didn't get them either.
“Supposedly” no.
The soap opera continues. Stay tuned for more drama
Southpointe meetings this week supposedly.
What town hall? Did I miss something?
