Thanks to the Thoma Bravo acquisition that completed this past Friday, we just got told in a Town Hall that 20% of the workforce across all departments will be reduced.

It was announced on a Friday that a 20% reduction would come. On Tuesday we were told that all of the stateside RCMs are being let go and it’s all being pushed to the offshore team. We were told we should be proud of our accomplishments and that we need to share our knowledge with the offshore team up until 02/29/2024 for a smooth transition. It’s devastating as there were many with 10+ years just wiped out. If you only knew how many daily issues we have with the offshore team and the big mistakes made this will not make the current clients feel secure with their accounts.
