Have been directed by my management to creatively look at ways to cut costs and hinted that budget will be slowly reduced over the next few months. Has anyone else been directed to "work with less" & "get creative"? Seems like Mark D will force more cuts if we do not meet the "financial goals" the leaders have set out?

100% chance of another round of RIF. Apparently we aren’t “lean” enough for the shareholders. I imagine most of OPs with be impacted in a BIG way. Facilities, IT, anything they can dump off the books. Pretty much admitting this is the plan during recent all-hands. Ownership mentality until you get laid-off and shoved out the door. Way to go Guru and Mark D.
Your manager is just trying to get you to do things to make them look good on paper when execs start to compare costs in the upcoming quarters. You becoming more efficient and cutting costs actually drives additional reductions though. Think about it.
